How to Fix Windows 8.1 Hot Corners/Charms and Start button randomly disappearing/stop working problem

Windows 8.1 users may have detected that after a big update there is a bug. Start menu and hot corners of Windows 8.1 are disappearing randomly and you need to restart your PC to get them back.

Microsoft still doesn't fix that bug, but if we can solve that problem without restarting our PC.
If start menu and hot corners were disappeared and you are working on a project and you can't restart your computer at that moment anymore then you can do next.

1) Open Task manager, press right-click on the taskbar and choose Task manager to open it, or use ctrl+alt+delete keyboard combination.
2) After from Processes tab scroll down and search for Windows Explorer process.

3) Right click on it and press on Restart.

Now you can close Task manager and move your mouse to corners of the screen. You can see that start menu and hot corners/charms appeared again.
